Peanut Butter Pie
(TOH)
1 Package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
2/3 Cup peanut butter
1 Tablespoon Milk
2 Cake confectioner's sugar
1 carton (12oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 graham cracker pie crusts (9" each)
dry roasted peanuts
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and milk until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Yields: 2 pies
...and yes, if you are wondering, the batter did taste as good as it looked. The worse part was, we didn't get to eat it the night I made it, it was going to be too late and we needed to get to sleep early. :(
